Today, Elizabeth celebrated her 3rd birthday. Her request was a Little Einstein theme cake. The cake flavors were chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and white cake with strawberry buttercream filling. All of the little characters are edible 🙂 Happy birthday Elizabeth!
