by This past Sunday I had the pleasure of being a part of a fabulous bridal showcase at Linwood Estate in Carlisle. This new wedding and reception venue is simply spectacular. Located in the majestic countryside in Carlisle, Linwood Estate hosts a stunning reception ballroom, beautiful mansion and locations throughout the property for one of a kind ceremonies. Unlike traditional wedding shows, I teamed up with an amazing group of wedding professionals to create an experience that felt like you were at a real wedding. Let’s start off with the stationery. You can always count of Persnickety Invitation Studio to knock it out of the park. Melissa and her team created all the gorgeous stationery, numbers and seating charts for the ballroom.
The color palette of our room included blush pinks and peach and gold with accents in shades of green. I designed the cakes to reflect romance and a soft elegant feel.
I also created a dessert display. Popcorn, candy, cake pops and cupcakes were included on the sweets table along with the always beautiful and yummy French macarons from Rice & Noodles.
The gorgeous entrance included a moss escort card wall with monogram. Eucalyptus leaves, antlers and wood elements created an organic welcoming feel for all the guests.
All of the florals and reception design were created by the talented team at Wedding by JDK.
All of the stunning linens were from Special Occasion Linens.
Cort Event Furnishings provided a beautiful furniture and accent pieces for the lounge. They also provided the wooden table in the dining area.
The delicious and beautifully presented food was created by Weddings by JDK. I tested everything to make sure it was good and it was yummy!

It took a lot of work to pull this all together, but team “Grace” did an amazing job. It was an honor being a part of this incredibly talented group of professionals. If you are getting married, we are your dream team!
