by I have to say, one of the biggest joys I get out of owning The Couture Cakery is meeting amazing brides, grooms and their parents and the relationships I continue to have with them. It most often never ends with just the wedding. I am thrilled when I get a call to do their baby shower cake or request for birthday cake for their now 2 year old child. Dee is a mom of my bride Jessica who has become a special friend. She sends me cards for Halloween, emails me just to say “hi”. I really cherish her and my clients who become my friends. We share a special bond because of working together on one of the most special days of their lives…their wedding. Before I opened the cupcake bar, Dee said she wanted to have her birthday party at the shop. It’s the first event of I hope many I’ll be having in the future. About 20 guests enjoyed cupcakes, tea and delicious food prepared by her friend. What a great evening š
