How would I describe Susan and Michael’s wedding reception? My first thought is Southern romance and charm. The John Harris Mansion where the reception took place reminded me of being in the south. The historic mansion overlooking the Susquehanna River has stunning historic and architectural detailing. For the reception, I created two sweets tables. Each was placed in front of the two beautiful fireplaces in the parlor.
The wedding colors included shades purples. The sweet’s tables included lots of candy
and mini cupcakes.
This is the second sweet’s table in front of the other fireplace.
Custom tags and candy bags to coordinate with the color and theme.
Beautiful gourmet Oreos. I loved the ruffle rosette linen on each of the tables.
Susan tied ribbon on to the Chivari chairs which looked so pretty blowing in the breeze. I just
loved that detail. Guests were also able to enjoy tours of the mansion.
The guests were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the river during the reception.
Congratulations Susan and Michael! It was an honor being a part of your wedding.
