Hydrangea Anniversary Cake

Today I had the honor of creating a special anniversary cake. The cake included hydrangea blossoms in shades of blue and edible pearl borders. The cake was covered with vanilla buttercream and the flavors included vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream filling and chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream filling.
