Shark Wedding Shower Cake

I had the pleasure of meeting Kathy Cadieux who owns Creative Elegance Boutique in Camp Hill at the PA Business Women’s Forum recently and she asked me if I could make a cake with a shark and dolphin for a party she was hosting before her son’s wedding. This is what I created and it was so much fun making it. The shark was made out of chocolate cake and the the dolphin was vanilla cake, both filled with vanilla buttercream. I would tell you the whole story behind the shark and dolphin, but my fingers would get too tired 🙂
