Yesterday, I had the pleasure of creating a 90th birthday cake for Regina. The cake design included a ruffles textured bottom tier, edible pearl border accents and delicate pink sweet pea sugar flowers. The cake flavor was coconut cake with coconut glaze and lemon buttercream filling. The celebration included event design by Don Blyler and catering by The JDK Group. It was truly an honor being a part of this momentous celebration.
