by This past week I taught my first two decoration classes at the shop and had so much fun. Everyone decorated cookies, learned about piping the perfect swirls on cupcakes and created a beautiful ribbon cake to take home and enjoy for Valentine’s day. Everyone did such an amazing job and we had so much fun.
Here are all the lovely ladies from the 2nd class and every cake was just perfect! 
We went over piping and decorating techniques to create pretty cookies and how to create the ribbon effect on a cake. I was so impressed with everyone’s work!
