Meg and Mark’s beautiful wedding at the West Shore Country Club

I can’t say enough about what an amazing experience it was working with Meg, her mom Rose and Mark designing their wedding cake and yummy sweet’s table at the West Shore Country Club. Meg pretty knew what she wanted her cake to look like. Luscious buttercrem rosettes to match her linens with a mix of a rustic buttercream finish. Fresh orchids decorated the wedding cake. The cake flavors included spice cake with caramel buttercream filling and marble cake with Oreo filling. I created a large sweets table including a cupcake tower. Guests were invited to enjoy a piece of cake or cupcake for dessert. Lots of Mark and Meg’s favorite candy were included. I love Meg’s reaction to seeing it 🙂
