by Today is Amanda’s birthday and I had the pleasure of creating this chevron inspired cake for her birthday celebration last night. She is a true fashionista and amazing event designer and this cake fits her perfectly.
I painted the chevron pattern with edible gold paint. I kind of love that it looks
handpainted.
The cake flavors were her favorite vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream filling and
chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling.
Edible pearl accents and painted buttons also decorated the cake.
