by Orange and purple could not be more spectacular. Lauren and Brian had their beautiful wedding reception at the West Shore Country Club and every detail was just amazing. I had the honor of working with the talented team at Weddings by JDK and Love Jessica to make this wedding come together.
The wedding cake was inspired by the vibrant colors of the wedding. A 4 tier cake with fondant pearl borders and sugar flowers decorated the cake.
Sugar flowers included peonies, ranunculus, sweet peas and hydrangea blossoms.
The beautiful stationery was created by Love Jessica. The linens were provided by Special Occasions and the florals were designed by Weddings by JDK.
This amazing floral design was so creative and a beautiful statement piece.
An important element of the wedding was the huge cookie display for guests to enjoy. Lauen’s mom made hundreds of delicious cookies and I teamed up with David Everett with Weddings by JDK and Jessica with Love Jessica to create the most beautiful display possible. The escort cards included a gift of a recipe book Jessica designed. It included photos of the bride and groom. What a great gift.
Hundreds of orange boxes were custom labeled and displayed so guests to take some cookies home.
Each of the many varieties of cookies were displayed with these adorable signs.
