Samantha and Joe had their wedding reception at the beautiful Hershey Lodge. When I met with them at our first meeting Samantha said she wanted an all chocolate cake incorporating sugar flower in their colors of fuschia and lime green. The cake was covered with chocolate fondant. It smelled like a giant tootsie roll!
Fondant pearl bordering, a subtle chocolate stencil accented the cake along with the sugar flowers. The bright colors just popped against the chocolate brown cake.
The cake flavors had to be chocolate too. They included chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream filling and chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling.
