by I am so lucky to work with the most amazing brides. Just a bit of background…Jade grew up in the area but she and Michael now live in Southern California. Although she had booked me for her wedding a long time ago, we just met in person a little before the wedding. We corresponded via email about what she wanted for her wedding. It started with cupcakes and a sweets table and ended up with an elegant white wedding cake. The reception took place at the Colonial Country Club and the beautiful photos below were taken by Robin Bakes with RB Photography.
The wedding cake was inspired by Jade’s beautiful gown. Lace accents, a bow and sashing and pretty fabric rosettes.
The cake incorporated rhinestone accents for just a touch of sparkle.
The beautiful florals design were created by the talented team at Weddings by JDK.
The bridesmaid’s bouquets were gorgeous and included huge pink peonies.
