by Autumn is my favorite season of the year. The air is crisp and nothing is more spectacular than watching the foliage turn into beautiful shades of orange, red and yellow. Karistan and James were married on a perfect fall day this past Saturday and their cake reflected the beauty of autumn.
The cake was simple and elegant with delicate cascading sugar leaves.
It’s perfect when you can just go to your front yard and grab a leaf for inspiration.
The cake flavor was vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling.
