I’m a wee bit behind blogging, but wanted to share the cupcake tower I created for Cori and Andrew’s wedding recently. The wedding colors included a beautiful indigo blue and ivory.
The cupake flavors included Lemon Drop (white cake with fresh lemon curd filling and vanilla buttercream frosting), Cafe Mocha (chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and topped with mocha buttercream) and Chocolate Mint (chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and topped with chocolate mint buttercream).
I love this shot because I can see a tiny bit of chocolate ganache oozing out of the cupcake in the middle 🙂
Cori and Andrew are an absolutely adorable couple and requested mini replicas of them on top of the cake. They are both trolley operators at Hershey so I created little fondant figures of them in uniform.
