Carmina & Stefan’s Beautiful Wedding

My dear friend Carmina (the best makeup artist around) was married this past Saturday to Stefan in a beautiful traditional Romanian ceremony in front of an intimate group of family and friends. Her lovely parents traveled all the way from Romania to attend and help prepare for the wedding and reception. The wedding colors were a deep teal with accents of yellow in the florals. The cake design reflected Carmina’s couture and elegant style.

The cake flavor was vanilla sponge cake with fresh strawberry buttercream filling. Lots of shimmery blossoms in various shapes decorated the middle tier.

The wedding took place at the Greek Orthodox church in Camp Hill. Part of the ceremony included the bride and groom wearing traditional wedding crowns and circling the ceremonial table. (That’s Carmina’s dad shooting video with his flip cam in the background πŸ™‚

I was so honored when Carmina asked my little Blake to be her ring bearer.
He took the job very seriously and did a wonderful job πŸ™‚

The reception took place at Lily Manor in Miflin. What a beautiful venue. Carmina and Stefan are going to Greece for their honeymoon and the decor reflected colors of the ocean. The food was also traditional Greek cuisine…it was delicious!

The tables looked amazing and incorporated deep teal linens and overlays.

Here’s the beautiful bride.

Congratulations Carmina and Stefan! I’m so happy for the both of you. Have fun in Greece πŸ™‚
