Reaching the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts is a huge accomplishment that only the dedicated few scouts attain.
I had the pleasure and honor of creating a cupcake tower and dessert table design for the celebration after the court of honor ceremony for Andrew.
The cupcake tower presentation looked wonderful on the royal blue linens provided by Event Central where Andrew’s mom is the business manager. Catering was provided by JDK Catering.
The cake topper was Nutty Monkey (banana cake with peanut butter buttercream filling). The eagle and draping were made of fondant.
The cupcake flavors were Lemon Drop (white cake filled with fresh lemon curd and topped with vanilla buttercream frosting) and Chocobutter (dark chocolate cake topped with peanut butter buttercream frosting)
The beautiful fleur de lis cookies were made by Edible Art.
The fleur de lis is part of the boy scout symbol.
A custom designed cupcake stand base included the scout emblems and badges.
