This past weekend I have the pleasure of making this cake for a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party at the Colonial Country Club. The 3 tier cake was decorated with handmade sugar roses. The top 2 tiers were vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream and the bottom cake was dark chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream.
Cake class tonight at Cornerstone was awesome! The ladies were all so creative and I had so much fun sharing. I’ll post photos soon. I brought my camera but forgot to put the memory card in…oops.
