ALOHA Wedding Shower Cake

This is a cake (or I guess cakes) I made for Michelle & Alex’s wedding shower. They are going to Hawaii for their honeymoon and Michelle’s mom requested an aloha cake to go with the Hawaiian shower theme. It was a little tricky cutting the letters out of cake and covering them with fondant, but everything worked out great. I elevated the cake stand and put a grass skirt around the stand to give it a little Hawaiian flare. The cake was dark chocolate with peanut butter buttercream filling.
